Listen With Your Heart as Well as Your Ears To Strengthen Your Marital Bond

To be heard, to be listened, to be understood and to be cared for , these are the gifts that love can offer. We all yearn for these from our partner and from our loved ones.

2. Practice responsibility delegate. You don’t have to do it all yourself. If other people can take care of the task, why not let them? Let go of the desire to control or oversee every little step. You’ll be letting go of unnecessary stress in the process. 3. It’s never too late to learn breathing exercises or pranayama in yoga. Breathing exercises not only help us to stay mentally and physically fit but it also helps us to control anxieties, bad mood, concentration problems etc.
